SOONEAR manufactures and sells kitchen tools made in Japan. Whenever one of our own products appears in a guide, it is labelled “Made by SOONEAR” — every single time, without exception.
Our rule is simple: our own products are judged against the same criteria as everything else, and we state plainly where a competitor beats us. If our wok is not the right choice for you, the guide will say so.
Commission never changes a ranking
No brand can pay for a position, a rating, or a mention on this site. Commission rates differ between retailers, and we sometimes link to a lower-paying retailer because it is genuinely the better option for the reader. Where both a brand-direct link and an Amazon link exist, we usually include both so you can choose.
How we test
We buy or manufacture the products we write about and use them in our own kitchen and workshop. Where we have not personally handled something, we say so in the article.
